Welcome to KI App, developed and operated by iLogicPlus Solutions LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KI App and its related services. By creating an account, signing in, or using KI App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use KI App.
Eligibility
You must comply with all applicable laws when using KI App.

User Account
You may create an account using Google Sign-In. After signing in, you may be asked to complete your profile by providing additional information such as your phone number and date of birth.
You are responsible for

- All activities performed using your account.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to
- Use KI App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to KI App or its systems.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the application’s operation.
- Misuse the services in a manner that could affect other users.
User Content
You retain ownership of all information and documents that you upload or create within KI App, including:
- Personal information
- Health records
- Vehicle information
- Financial records
- Documents
- Notes
By using KI App, you grant iLogicPlus Solutions LLP permission to securely store, process, back up, and restore your data solely for the purpose of providing the application’s services.
Google Drive Backup
KI App provides an optional Google Drive Backup feature.
When you choose to use this feature:
- Your application data is converted into an encrypted JSON backup file.
- The encrypted backup is stored in your own Google Drive account after you grant the necessary permissions.
- Backup files are used only to restore your application data.
- KI App accesses only the backup files created for the application and does not access other files in your Google Drive.
You remain responsible for your Google account and the storage available in your Google Drive.

Intellectual Property

AI Features
KI App may provide AI-powered recommendations, summaries, reminders, or informational assistance.
These features are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Users are responsible for verifying important information before relying on AI-generated responses.
Disclaimer
KI App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
